Welcome to WWW.MTGCARDPLACE.COM, we are a Singapore based store that provides MTG single and sealed products worlwide. Mtgcardplace Policies to provide better service to everyone:
1) We reserved the right to reject any order where there is an attempt our stock for reselling purpose. We do not want to put a restriction on the amount of an item you can purchase. In the event of a pricing error (1€ instead of 10€), policy change on banned cards, announcement of a card being reprinted, a new card is printed that makes an old card good and everyone (vendors and players) are trying to snipe items for ebay purposes, and/or a customer somehow placed an order from a cached page after an item was already priced up I reserve the right to refuse any sale to anyone with a reason we deem fit. For traders who wants to buy cards in bulk, please contact us at sales@mtgcardplace.com
2) We do provide refund when there is a case of non reciept of orders. The refund will only be given upon the confirmation from the postal service that the package is non received by anyone and not return to us. This is the reason why we shipped Registered!
3) In situation where we cancel your order or changes the quantity due to stock error or system error. We will do a immediate refund and followed by an email stating the particular reason. This should not happen but programs are made by humans too!
4) We provide refer a friend system to encourage customer by rewarding them. Therefore this privilege will be void if there is a same mailing address with 2 different names.

SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION
Shipping Information Shipping will happen from Singapore. Except for European customers, in this case shipping will occur from Spain. In the case where demands are high and any particular station is not able to send the orders, the other station will do the mailing instead. Shipping Cost: European customers: - Single cards:
- Registered shipping: 4€ flat rate
- Urgent registered shipping: 7€ flat rate
- EMS postal express:
- Sealed products
- Priority shipping:
- Less than 2 kgs: 20€
- More than 2kgs: Starting at 24€, 3€ extra will be added for 1 Kg of weight after the third Kg.
Rest of the world:- Single cards:
- Registered shipping: 4€ flat rate.
Payment Options:
Mtgcardplace uses € as the basic currency.
1. Paypal - We are Verified! & Paypal World Seller!
2. For Paypal payments we accept US$, Euro€.
3. Bank Transfer Payment is only for European customers (spanish based account).
What are your card condition grades?
1. Mint (M) - A perfect card that has never been played. 2. Near Mint (N/M) - A card that has minor scratches and/or slight whitening on up to two edges. 3. Excellent (EX) - A played card with whitening on the edges. 4. Good (GD) - A heavily played card, with lots of edge marks and whitening on the back. 5. Poor (PR) - A card with a distinguishing mark that shows on the back, such as a bent corner. +/- it will indicate slight better (+) or slightly worse (-) condition
HOW TO USE
How do i join the store as a member?
You can click on the Log in on the top right corner of the mainpage or simply do your shopping and you will be prompt to join member if you are not one when you do the check out.
How do i add or remove the items in my shopping cart?
To add items to the shopping cart, simply click the add to cart besides the item, to change the quantity of the item, you can change it at the check out page with the update quantities function. To remove the item, you can put 0 to the item and click update quantities, the item will be removed.
How do i make an order or payment?
You will have to follow the steps to fill up your necessary information:
(Step 1) billing address - it is necessary for customer using credit card.
(Step 2) shipping address - this is where the cards goes to.
(Step 3) shipping options - this is how the cards goes to.
(Step 4) payment options - then you will be see that the place order button has changed from a red cross to a green tick.
Click on it to place order. Base on your payment method (Step 4), the store will bring you to paypal for payment (credit card can be done thru paypal) or if you choose to pay via wire transfer we will provide you the necessary information to pay in the order confirmation email.
